Cool, although it still somewhat looks like most other laser effects we see. I also hope there'll be something new in the sounds. Sounds can make or break the feeling of the game. I hate the LLT's pew pew sounds in original TA. Supcom had great bass effects and kickass explosive sounds, so it would be good if there are great sound effects that pack a punch even for the weaker units

On the sidenote, maybe replace the construction nano particles too? Might help with lag too since nano particles in late game = lots of lag

Hello everybody. So now here is some information about LLTA Reloaded:

First this mod is a remake of my old LLTA mod <- (was really crappy/buggy).
Oke here some text about it:
In LLTA Reloaded you have many game modes to use !!
Yes its not just only 1 way to fight there are many way!
Here is a list of the new game modes:
-Normal Commanders (LLTA Reloeaded with standard Commanders)
-Air Commanders (LLTA Reloeaded with Air Commanders)
-Base style (LLTA Reloeaded with a Commander building like Nota)
-Super Commanders (LLTA Reloeaded with really heavy Commanders)
-Research War (LLTA Reloeaded with standard Commanders and they can build a Research Center where you can Upgrade your Techlevel)

That are the game modes that are planed atm.
Any way this mod is based on CA, and is much more than just CA!
I added some usefully units to all tech levels and finally, there is a new tech level!
Stuff like a advanced tidal generator , or advanced windmill , or the new extreme mohomines.
There are much new effects some i found some i made by myself and some i just edited. Credits will be in a extra .tdf in the mod ! :)

LL, I've seen tons of information on LLTA's super-huge-level-bazillion hardware, but what's the L1/L2 gameplay like? BA? OTA?

As he said in the above posting the basic gameplay is CA like...
You also shouldn't think that because the tooltip says that it's a Level 10 unit that there are going to be 10 whole Tech Levels... :wink:

With that said you'll find lots of additions to the CA base (even on Level 1 and 2) which for itself pretty much stays the same... :-)

CA used the unit after sending me a pm politely requesting permission. I believe you should extend the same courtesy. The lack of acknowledgement to my efforts, even by the mod "creator", on this one makes me very sad.

I take back what I said. Sorry. .cheat .give all crashed, I had scoured the buildmenu up and down and couldn't find it, so assumed it wasn't in, but indeed .give corstardestroyer make it appears in CA. Though I looked into the inside of CA, nothing beside that cheat can make it appear in a CA game.

Looks like you got your build tree mixed up. That core unit is building a crusader. I hope you've fixed this bug.

yes it´s now a core air commander :)
Krogoth 86 changed the logo texture of the core air commander to core and now i can change them :) [anyway it´s done now]
Hmmm cool ships O.o, never saw them before, any chance to get them O.o ??
And are there some for Arm too ?
I really love them O.o

Looks fun. I mostly play BA, I think it's the best of the balance / TA like mods, but this looks fun in a completely different wacky huge units way.

Only minor criticism is some of the projectiles look a bit out of place like the toxic green krogoth shot against the relatively restrained map background. On the other hand the red frilly laser from the huge walky thing looks amazing.
