3D Trees is rendering junk textures at a distance

The textures for grass and tress and probably other features renders with noise in it if the 3D Tress check is enabled.

I'm using an Nvidia GeForce 7300 GT. Latest drivers.

I never have gotten NTAI to work, I'd be interested to see if it can make Commander Shooter AI playable.

I have no idea how to do that. It doesn't seem to want to attach from my hard drive. I don't HAVE any online space to put this on. So I don't know how to attach it. (I've tried pressing "Img" but I can't put an URL in there so it doesn't work.)
