Would it be possible to have weapons that do %x dmg to units? Like a beam that does 10% dmg to all units? (Inclusive, So it would have 90% HP, then 81%, then 73.1% etc).
Or if its in there, Can someone tell me how to do it?

It only seems logical that this would be fairly easy to do with lua scripting once units and weapons are supported through it. Lua supports script based mathematics the last time I checked...
Unless there is some instantly pressing need for it now I think we'll probably leave it until unit scripting is abstracted to lua.
