Wiki Update

Wiki should now be up to date with Spring 89.0, please let me know if anything (pertaining to changes in this release! ) is missing.

Known issues:

! remove obsolete default dependence of cloakCostMoving on cloakCost

Not updated the Units-UnitDefs page with this change as I feel it should default in the 'usual' manner and hope it may change shortly.

As usual it would be best if jk or kloot looked over my documentation of the lua api changes as I do not have the same level of understanding
