I'm in my second year at university doing physics with space science and technology (gah, I have to write that all out on the front of exam papers

Wonder how many others there are on these boards?

Of course, what people actually mean when they say 'they're in the last place you look' is that they're in the last place you THINK to look. Which them makes sense logically, if not statistically...unpossible wrote: nope, they're just always in the last place you look. and that is because you would have to be a complete moron to carry on looking once you've found them - unless you were trying to prove they're everywhere at the same time!
They are also both chipmunks, since it's not a simple wallet-or-not-wallet possibilityDrone_Fragger wrote: You have two lumps under a cloth, both wallet shaped. Untill you know which ones which, Theoretically, They are both wallets.
you can prove it. all you need is a soundproof opaque box, a cat, some nerve gas, and a trigger based on nuclear decays (which is in a second box, also sealed so noone peeks)Drone_Fragger wrote:Aren't they gonna do an experiment in space called F.E.L.I.X. which uses incredibly pure crystals and laser light to Prove The Schrodinger's cat Theory? I just remebered reading about taht at some point in New Scientist.
