Loretta I agree. It's action that counts, not words, and we need action now.
PFJ Hear Hear!!!
Reg You're right. We could sit around here all day talking, passing resolution, making clever speaches, it's not going to shift one Roman soldier.
Francis So let's just stop gabbing on about it, it's completely pointless, and it's getting us nowhere.
PFJ Right.
Loretta I agree. This is a complete waste of time.

Maybe on the other side of the fence, but to call Bush an idiot, who the hell are YOU to point any finger at anyone? Keep your nose where it fucking belongs. Thanks.

So people can't even have an opinion about Bush but USA can, not only have an opinion of Sadam, but even brake international law and invade Iraq!?
How twisted is that logic?

Let me tell you something, USAian foreign policies are not a matter that concerns only USAians.
As soon as the Bush administration starts to use the attacks in New York to call for other nations to help it, it becomes important to know if they really weren't self-inflicted (no matter how silly that might be).
As soon as the Bush administration calls for help to invade another country because it is developing weapons of mass destruction and is threatening it, it becomes our business, too, to know if there are really WMD and if the country really is a threat.
As soon as Bush administration's actions disrupt the world's economy, it also becomes our business too.
I bet you have no idea what it is to hear colegues at work complaining that last month, he and his wife spent 375 ├óÔÇÜ┬¼ of gasoline for they're 2 cars, in a country where the minimum wage is 378 ├óÔÇÜ┬¼ per month.

Most of the world was charmed by USA's ideals of freedoms adn other stuff. Do you guys really think that the whole world just woke up one day and decided to hate USA's foreign policies?
News in USA are even censored (i only found out some years ago, which was a tremendous shock to me, considering how much that very same nation brags of the ideals of freedom of speech), as an example see this:
http://happypenguin.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1640
and so many people seem to be decided in beeing absolutely sure that Bush is 100% right with the manipulated information they have access to, while the rest of the whole world, which has access to information virtually isempt of manipulation, is wrong.
How funny is that?

? A threat to us and the world. So if another hitler came to power in germany we shouldn't do anyhting about it right? ok You can have him all to yourself.

Oh and btw, our media is not censured, it is biased. THe media in USA is completely liberal and they only show us the things THEY want us to see. The only censuring that happens is pornography and/or swearing. Oh and BTW, our media hates bush with a passion.

You really don't know what you are talking about here. You seem to have everything backwards.

Did you know that due to freedom of speech we cannot stop people protesting at our soldiers funerals unless they break a law? How much does that suck and how fucked up do you have to be to protest at a funeral?

I really hope this country doesn't pull out now, with Iraq in its current state. That would just be irresponsible.
