what can see cloaked units?
i let a cloaked sniper get into my base, and it took out a fusion reactor :/
so what can see them? I just read that dragon's eyes can. what else?

Well, there is something called stealth to. Now, Cloacking renders your units invisbole for your Line of sight, but not radar. Radar can therefore see these snipers. If you see some dot run into your base, kill with some peewees.
Spies both have stealth AND clocaking, but they have no weapon.
All units who are cloacked becomes decloked when a unit comes close enought. See the radius bye clickin on the units attack button and looking for a small blue cicle.

Will shooting a cloaked unit make it visible?
(Yes I'm stupid, I know... I just never tried it...)

Originally in OTA, the sniper kbot could cloak, but could still be seen on radar. Personally, I would have preferred the opposite, because in Spring, with auto radar targeting, this advantage is now pointless. Stealth is the real hiding advantage in Spring, because of radar autotargeting.
Giving a unit both stealth and cloak is an extremely risky move, and effectively makes a unit invisible until it is ready to fire. Careful steps have to be taken to ensure that such a unit is balanced.
In SWS and SWTA, we have reserved such a combination for the absolute apex of the Rebel Build tree, which is the Jedi Master. And we have balanced this by ensuring that the Jedi Master is an expensive and risky tool, and has a very large decloak radius, so that it takes plenty of micro to actually slip the unit past enemy defences to do the damage.

In XTA nothing both cloaks and is stealth, however your own jamming towers jams your own radar also. So cloaked units only works well when the opponent has his own base jammed, and the easiest way to detect a suspected cloaked unit is to disable jamming in that area (or make sure to build your base with some gaps in the jamming coverage).
