Steam is only good for small stuff like specials, I bought CS:S for 5Ôé¼ which was totally worth it for me, or an original of cod4 for 14Ôé¼.SinbadEV wrote:the way I see it if I pay $60 for a hard copy of a game I am purchasing the right to play that game in addition to the right to transfer that right to a third party (aka sell my copy of the game) for the life of the media on which that game is printed.
For full price games I would buy the hard copy, even if its a steam game amazon will have that game 10-20% cheaper than steam.
Steam seems to not calculate dollar prices into euros but just take the dollar price and write Ôé¼ behind it.
Black ops is 60Ôé¼ on steam which is a ROFL price, amazon has it for ~40.
But overall Im a fan of steam when it comes to multiplayer FPS games that wont work anyways if you have no internet connection.
