I decided to try and play this game for the 1st time
I load up the 1944 game
The counter to start goes
3...
2...
and freezes for about 5 seconds
then spring shuts off and gives me an error
Now Im new to spring so dont really know anything
I am good with computer however, and if you tell me to do something i can probably do it... heres error stuffs
Edit : I forgot to say, sorry if this is just an error with 1944 as I really dont know right now :(

looks like an error with the game file. Try it with a different version of S:1944 or a different game, like Kernel Panic?

Thank you for a quick reply
It appears that 1944 is the problem
but now im experiencing a new problem
Everytime the game starts i automatically win
As soon as the countdown ends it says that i have won the game
I have made sure we are not same team (Me and a bot)
Have changed the "Ally" values
and even messsed around with the option to assign teams ingame (Or what ever it is called)
Any ideas?

What bot is it? If I recall correctly, RAI will not work in the latest spring.

the only AI that works with spring 1944 is CRAIG. do not try to run other AIs with this game.

Well I'm at school right now so I can't test anything, and I'm sure that not will work
but I forgot to tell you that new error is with all mods not just1944 so the bot won't solve that problem
any ideas

please, for the future, upload your infolog to pastebin.com or add it as an atachement to your post, dont include it as you did.

It crashes in AAI, either a problem with AAI, the engine, or you just dont have the AAI config files for the mod you try to play.
This is for other mods, for S44 it is as imbaczek said.

Not all AIs work for all mods, AAI needs confid files, RAI nad KAIK not. You have to get to know hte AIs a bit, or read their descriptions, and use the right ones for hte mod you want to play. There are also mods that wont work well with any AI.

try with one of the "empty" AIs. They will no do anything but you can test if the game starts this way. Not sure what they are called but its something like "Lua:Empty AI" and "global nothing."

The lobby should show you the description of the AI, both SpringLobby and TASClient do so right in the dialog that lets you choose the AI.

There is also the list:

Though maybe more extensive, it may also be more outdated in some cases.
