Reading the rules, it seems to me that votes must be pointed to a specific motion, but have no other requirements. Therefore, votes pointed directly at the motion to be initiated by Felix's nomination are perfectly valid.

Edit: Frankly, it doesn't make much sense to me in terms of the rules. If it's admitted that they are votes, then what is wrong? Are there unwritten requirements for votes to be 'valid votes' and these are invalid? Does '4 votes' in context of the rules actually mean '4 votes issued during the voting period'? Do I need to issue a proposal for a rule that 'all votes until the voting period ends will be counted'?

Sorry if I come off as cross, but when I go into anal-retentive by-the-book thinking mode I don't like things that aren't clearly derived from the rules.

Motion 311: rule 202 should be ammended, change 100 to 500 and the game will be extended. AND: Modify rule rule 201 and this is how it can be done: The player whose vote decides which is the victors side, will have the 10 points due him summarily denied
