Current list of mutable rules:

• 201 - Every vote in which a player is on the victor's side (the vote the player issued was the same as the winning vote) that player shall receive 10 points

Explanation: It might make the game run a bit smoother and easier if we take some of the load off of SwiftSpear the rhymey. The Bookkeeper posts at least once a day an update containing each player's point total and any other numbers and statuses that are in the rules. Changing who the Bookkeeper is is done through a proposal.
