Re: Nomic 3
Vote 302 has been accepted.
Player rankings:
Decimator - 10
SinbadEV - 20
neddiedrow - 20
aegis - 20 (proposed: rule 205)
Felix the Cat - (proposed: rule 206)
Current list of mutable rules:
- 201 - Every vote in which a player is on the victor's side (the vote the player issued was the same as the winning vote) that player shall receive 10 points
- 202 - While no player has 100 points or greater the game will continue
- 203 - The player who has been on the victor's side the highest number of times at the end of the game is the winner
- 204 - The game will end when there is no rule requiring it's continuation
- 205 - To win the game, a player must have originally submitted one of the current game's rules in a proposal during the current game
- 206 - All posts by a Judge must be in hot pink, color code #FF0080
We are back on proposal time.

Proposal: All proposals henceforth shall be composed of olde english.
Re: Nomic 3
Proposal: All proposals henceforth will be put in faux olde english, so thee and thine don't get hamstrung by the conjugation differences and archaic spellings.
Re: Nomic 3
I Propose: All Players receive 20 HP (Hit Points) on their first post following the induction of this rule. If a player's HP is 0 or less they may no longer vote Yay.

Re: Nomic 3
I nominate Decimator's last proposal as a matter of course.

Re: Nomic 3
I'm going to have to declare olde English proposals invalid since I can't use spell check to verify them, and thus they conflict with rule 105
[edit] I'm allowed to issue proposals at this point to, so I must also be able to adhere to rule 105

Re: Nomic 3
I then decide rather to nominate aegis' proposal, and pray the quirks of the language remain at our disposal.

Re: Nomic 3
A vote is in action. All proposals are now dead.
Motion 303: Proposals must contain rhyme.
Proposed by: aegis
Any poster may vote either for or against the current motion. If the motion passes it will become a rule. A player voting for a passed motion will receive 10 points, a player voting against a failed motion will receive 10 points. The first side to reach 4 votes wins.

Vote nay on the ground that the game should be more difficult for judges than players.

Re: Nomic 3
That's what broke the game last round... Although it's true, I can always just sit on the game and not pass judgements, which gives me enough time to jump through most hoops. Still makes it suck for you though.Decimator wrote:Vote nay on the ground that the game should be more difficult for judges than players.
Re: Nomic 3
Motion 303 is totally orange, I vote yea like it's an old door-hinge.

Re: Nomic 3
I vote yea on motion 303 as well, though I deem forced rhyme hell.
Re: Nomic 3
Remember well the rules of the game: 'rhyme' is a word, not just something lame.
Re: Nomic 3
I also vote nay on 303, as there is no restriction on the number of times I may vote stipulated in the rules, and this vote is hardly redundant for it is in opposition to that prior.
