I would need help with 2 things then.

1st I would need the original OTA CorKrog Krogoth model not the one from BA, some good renders of the cinema model, or if it even exists the actual .LWO model of the Krogoth would be the single most awesome reference ever.

To tell you the truth though, I'm not that good when it comes to bipeds or organic humanoid shapes, really not my forte as it was with the Core Commander model I did, it took me forever, granted I have a little more experience now.

I don't think kiki was being 100% serious.

But for the record;

True enough. Heck, for a Kroggie, it almost doesn't matter, if it's 20K triangles... in fact, it'd be divine justice, in a way, if you built it, and it made SpeedMetal unplayable... heh

If there was actually something that would stop players from playing speedmetal.. it would be a blessing.

Unfortunately, since BA won't implement my units, it wouldn't stop it even if I did make a working Krogoth game model thats super poly enough to kill a speedmetal game.

In short, it would take an act of god :mrgreen:

What exactly is the poly count on that thing? Are stuff like the intakes on the legs modeled?

yeah, you'll find that alot of the older spring players form a pretty core part of the community, alot of which despise Speedmetal.

Lets not turn this into a speedmetal debate though plz..

Weasel is next and the script's almost done. I currently have a Zpock-like suspension done and true steering as well. Jumping is a bit jumpy still, it currently humps everything that walks. I guess the unit needs to be a lot faster to work poperly. *A mods are so terribly slow...

That Krogoth looks waaaay to skinny.

ironized: Theoretically people who read 'women's weekly' don't really harm me in anyway, but I loath their existence because they are diverting perfectly good air from people who could be putting it to far better use.

The construction kbot would seem an appropriate next item, or the crashes anti air kbot, which is quite an apalling model, or perhaps the metal extractor with its floating spinning top. LLT perhaps?

im sure mr d could make a better krog that looked like it had some meat on its bones. Also, im the units that need to be redone are the can (fugly) and the core conbot t1 (also fugly and weird).
