Doesn't SWS have auras? I thought I've read about that. I got squads in Fibre allright, Tower defense is supplying the creeps and singleplayer. Leaves the inventory but really, why would you need an inventory for a freaking RTS? You seem to be demanding a hardcoded feature. Noone even wants an inventory, why hardcode it?
Uh hello so your hero can carry potions and stuff. And your units need backpacks to help bear some of the load so your hero isn't carrying more than 6 items because that's just unrealistic.
