wait a sec...

That's a 512x512 texture stretched over an 8192x8192 map? Not the best idea but unless I'm mistaken this is a first map...

As far as that texture goes... Deriving legal issues from that imo is a stretch. I really can't see it being a legal issue.

That said, PL, if you will email me the heightmap, I will retexture it for you.
