A good way to determine if the map hardness is what you want it to be,
just set off a nuke or blowup a com, then you will get a good idea on how
much the map will deform.
Another good thing to keep in mind is that the height map is probably the
most important aspect of your map. If you don't have a good Hight map
your not going to have a good map. So spend some time and keep game
play in mind when working on your height map.
And last but not least.... Ask questions, many are more then willing to help.
