that i was trying to say but the word just slipped out of head
i did a little search and found this

its pretty in my opinion :)
oh and arm has allways had "humans" and humans have allways customized their vehicles like in ww2 planes had their own logos... so the arm machines could be just assembled somewhere without logos and had this "sprayed" looking logo just somewhere

Masse: The fist logo is really good, is it licensed in any way?
Okay, arm units are man controlled while core units are of cybernetic nature, if I got it right. I always assumed both sides were robots/cybernetic, mainly because of the machine noises the units were responding with.
I can add some sort of cockpit with ease though.
Maybe I should start a logo "contest" for alternative logos for arm/core.

It looks like you cut edgeloops into the mesh, move the vertices you need and leave the rest where they are. You have loads of vertices that could be removed without changing the mesh shape. Anorganic models don't need a flow, you should terminate edges as soon as possible (and you don't need to keep quads so you can just terminate them in a five-sided polygon or the triangle equivalent).

These models look great, but as ugly as the old models are, they have a certain style and nostalgia that's very attractive that I wouldn't want to lose.
I'd much rather have remakes of the old models with added detail and general awesomeness, sort of like this guy, except without the insane amount of tris
