... or get rid of it entirely. The latest version of Spring is right back to having severe problems with TextureAtlas not locking the positions of the textures correctly, resulting in behavior like this:
... where the beam-end texture and the beam texture are both the same size, and I've even labeled them sequentially so that they are right next to each other

As you can see very clearly here, it's picking up alpha from multiple other bitmaps that are part of the Atlas.[/img]
