Porcing doesn't need to be punished, the disadavtages of porcing are obvious and have been stated over and over again, however its part of the game and is a valid tactic in some situations, especially in team games, to hold a flank when youre getting bashed up by Cabbage for example. ^^

Actually, yes. Script fired weapon in a function called by create that starts with a sleep that only damages DTs in a very small area.
