I hope that was sarcasm, because if it was not, you need to stop looking at Spring from a Blizzard balance perspective.

DemO wrote:You said you like morties strategia if i remember correctly? Well your morties have probably the worst LOS/Range ratio in the entire mod so unless you have constant LOS via other units scouting your morties will be extremely under effective - they are very accurate and have very small area of effect as far as I know. Thus, accurate radar targetting improves their performance an AWFUL LOT.

Targetting facilities would probably be a good investment if you want to use morties by radar targeting, considering their new costs since the discoveries in BA thread.

Personally I havnt made one in months, but I tend to do things differently anyway, so thats just me.
DemO, like I said several times before, I use lvl1 Kbots for LOS and skirmishing, and Morties for longer-range anti-defence fire-support. (My, that's a lot of hyphens.) I don't use mobile radar, and I build my stationary ones at or just behind my defensive line. OK, Adv. Radar can give me some pretty good coverage, but even IF I have radar, sometimes I won't even target the radar dots and just have them force-fire the ground where the target is located.

And I don't use Snipers, the Arm are a bunch of pathetic meatbags. May the Central Consciousness prevail! :P

I've never seen it used in a game. It seems almost redundant since ARM also has an EMP bomber, which does just as good a job (in fact, I would argue the EMP bomber does a better job).
I've started to use the EMP missle launcher - its great if you dont have a lvl2 air plant and the enemy is within range.

Very handy for those who think they will dig in and let there allies do the work

Apparently you haven't been specing high end starcraft games like, ever... Good players always used mixed forces, split up into different units usually, but always with variety.

Of course they do, but generally not the whole range of units. I've seen the Siege Tank creep, the Battlecruiser creep, the Zerg Hydralisk + Zergling swarm, the Reaver creep and the Guardian creep... all supported by minor amounts of other things.

Of course, I refer mainly to classic Blizzard, or that I am most familiar with, Warcraft and Warcraft II, where you make three things for attack and hope nobody made all three counters.
