I still like the word "bazooka" - regardless of what a "bazooka" actually is. "Bazooka mech" sounds scary.j5mello wrote:You guys have gone and killed my inner child![]()
Its a GAME!!!
Everything is powered by magic. There thats the answer. Magic. Now back to actual balancing ideas.
Now discuss, suggest, generally argue about!!!!Fang wrote:(concerning URC cannon mechs) Im still working on those units, so any thoughts on how to make them more distinct would be awesome.

ROTFLMAO!!!!! reading these last few pages has brought me to tears laughing
.
I like the magic and cat/toaster/pwnium/1337 ideas my self.
yall be carefull with dem magnets children :) don't want you to make em too strong and move the earth instead of the just the ship/bot/thingy. *need chef voice emote*
I think the bot should be called "the Big Axeplosion Controversy Kbot FIRE support" or BACK FIRE for short. Because, the idea to make the naming of the bot simple, has drastically backfired and turned this into the most mentally challenging (not challenged) threads Ive seen yet while still being hilarious.

LOOK.. anti gravity (as I have devised it) functions by negating actual gravity.. essentially the force of gravity is lessened until in the case of the NI vehicles they simply float above the ground effortlessly, in the case of URC bots it is simple enough that the force of gravity does not effect them as much giving them more stability..

So, they would would fire ~4 shots in a fast sequenze and then require some time to reload.

clearly the mortar units already fire radioactive Idaho potatoes of a ridiculous size, this is much to the envy of GD who cannot get potatoes at all and is quite irritated that said potatoes are pulverized after impact again denying them the ability to make french fries... but I digress
so seems like Id have to start a poll but the options seem to be, for how to set up the cannon mech:
-High Explosive: large blast area
-Shotgun: burst of some number all at once
-LBX: burst of some number but over some time..
so who is in favor of what?
(also the antigrav drives utilize a form of microwave technology which is hybridized by toasters, and powered by pop tarts as fuel)
