Does spring have an uninstall program to run?

Or do we just use the control panel add/remove programs icon - will that remove all of spring?

hi im using spectator mode and it is on deltaseigex map. ive only ever tried spring this way. i use 2 same AIs against each other. After about 30 minutes of watching the AIs build anf fight, the whole PC screen frezes. I cannot alt tab out. only way is use the hard reset button. Tried it 3x same map...
