Does spring have an uninstall program to run?
Or do we just use the control panel add/remove programs icon - will that remove all of spring?
In case I need to uninstall spring..

DId you install the portable version of spring? If so, then you never installed it in the first place. From there, take a wild guess as to why there wouldn't be an uninstaller...
Edit: Unzipping a file into a folder is NOT installing something.

Re: In case I need to uninstall spring..
umm i dont think i installed the portable version
i installed it from this link (the 20meg download)
http://springrts.com/dl/redirect2.php?f ... 79.1.2.exe
then i think the maps and BA mod download was a total of 200 meg.
It still doesn't have an uninst.exe in the directory.
I tried using Add/Remove programs and it left scraps of files inside the directory and windows reports if i delete it some programs will not run. so i left the scraps there..

Arugh, seriously....
Sigh.
Every program leaves "Scraps" behind. These "Scraps" are generally saved settings, configuration files, etc. Of course windows doesn't want you deleting them, because some morons will go around deleting things regardless of whether they know what they are doing or not (Like one of my customers...).
Also, if you uninstalled from add/remove programs... Once again, take a wild guess as to why uninst.exe doesn't exist anymore.

Are you actually requesting help with a problem or reporting a bug or...?
