This issue was resolved yesterday, thanks for reminding me to update.
Installing to other Directorys had no effect.
The answer finally came from finding and deleting the springlobby.conf file from:
C:\Documents and Settings\Login\Application Data\Springlobby\

I do not know how to set the default start pos. or if you can, but I know that you can drag the AI to the start pos you want it. Or use the random setting.

I looked and unless the Folder you indicated is located in a place that the Windows [Search] doesn't check then i do not see any Springlobby directorys that I have not already deleated. I am going to Manually crawl through the entire Dir Tree just to be sure that [Search] didn't ...
