Re: Balanced Annihilation Strategy guide
Actually that's just the other way around. Plasma shots are shot in an arch which means that at some places along their flight paths they will fly above units being unable to hit them while missiles fly straight forward and are able to hit units at any point in their flight. Hams and thuds are in g...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.31
Also, the peopel that balance ba hardly ever play whether its team games or 1v1s and when they do they also do not use all the under powered units..cause they are underpowered. Speaking about SA: 1. Dragon claws are badly overpowered in SA. They are almost 2 times cheaper, got same firepower, arent ...

[quote="[Krogoth86] I gave reasoned statistical arguments why it isn't going to happen. That is slightly more than the usual Sleksa response, but the final answer is the same, for the same reason. Well you just gave arguments why you don't like them - you couldn't really disprove the arguments ...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.21
10% more buildpower, so you have about the same buildpower per cost. A sweet buildlist, consisting of all T1 land and sea structures. Ability to go on both land and water. Speed. It's just as fast as a con ship, but with better acceleration. (And it doesn't suffer from the slow-con-ship-on-build-co...

@Sleksa - I play a lot of BA (mostly because it's the only damned game ever open in the lobby). I still suck at it, I know. Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.21
I think it's funny that people use nanotowers because of their lack of open-close time. I doubt that was a designed-in feature, but simply a lazy unit-maker who didn't want to bother with that crap. They are ingame anyway. And working without delays. Either way, complaining about the need for a fac...

Conships (both t1, t2 and engineers) arent even close to nanotowers due to those open/cose time waste.
Also to build nanotower you dont need to use factory - thats very important.

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.21
Some other suggestions: 1. area attack mode (like the one bombers got) should be given to punishers, all units with rockets like the ones diplomats got, big berthas, artillery etc. To all long ranged ground units except snipers and those arm's tanks with purple laser. As i remember there is gadget f...

Re: Naval Sim mod - can has want?
BTW the damm gimps can even dodge torpedos with the slightest of micro. I imagine you won't even give this thought, but goddamm am i gonna miss playing sea. Agree. Gimps are OP for their price. They are greatly OP in water and not that bad at land either. I think naval units (especially subs both t...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.0
BTW those t2 bombers are also great as defensive weapon. While their price is low, they can destroy army which price is a way higher (penetrators, banishers, etc.). And those mobile flaks are worthless, bomber can even fly away after he dropped bombs :( All i can suggest about AA vs bombers is to in...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.0
Played a lot already and i might say that berthas and Intimidators are extremely overpowered! It is cheap (only 4300 metal) and extremely strong mostly in defence, but they are also great in offence. Actually any attack with t1-2 ground forces (doesnt matter whether with jammer or not) will fail if ...
