have the same problem, and if I minimize the program it's pretty painfull to try to get it back on screen.... seems i have to reinstall

for the whole time i have been playing I haven't seen the command buttons(ati 9200 case :/ ) but afterwhile got used to it. when some button is lost just put the cursor over the button and you can see what it does at the down left corner...
