The units I saw getting stuck were all of type dominatrix, which has a footprint too large for its factory yardmap. This is one of the side-effects of calculating passability for a square the correct way (which QTPFS does unlike the default pathfinder), see 0002870.

Dominatrix has a 3x3 footprint. The Vehicle Factory yardmap below seems to have a 3x3 space in it.

Also Wolverine became stuck. It has a 3x3 footprint as well but different other things in case that is relevant.

We use a gadget to set freshly built units (from factory) to blocking=false for 1 second, might that be connected in any way?

It was a "bug" (bug word) in QTPFS, should be gone with 6ce5514ea6bc205d0c4f55f178cd0fa54093140a.
