Stero mix?

I have an SBLive and it has "What U Hear" in the list of recording devices, I usually use that whenever I want to record something from a game or movie.

Audacity + "Wave Out Mix" recording source works quite well; its what I used to get all of '44s infantry weapon sounds. Just be sure to turn off anything else that makes noise before you use it (ie music players) or else they'll be in your recording too.
