K, i know how to code (large OO stuff).
But I know next to nothing about game programming or even 3D programming.
I'd like to know which libraries are good for developing DirectX / OpenGL applications.. I'd like to read reviews comparing the built-in eye-candy in different 3D libraries..
And most of all, i'd like to develop cross-platform in C++.
Which compiler would be good for cross-platform dev from Windoze?
Thx 4 any clues
Making OpenGL / DirectX apps, cross-platform; which lib?

Often used opensource libraries are: DevIL, SDL, OpenGL, freetype, zlib.
You could download one of the libs we made for spring, http://spring.clan-sy.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=3409 , so you dont have to download everything seperately.
