Not exacly, because you cannot (or if you can its very hard) do a hovering tank that looks like a normal tank in both land and water. No it isn't. Tanks and kbots are treated the same by the engine - it makes no distinction between the two, they're both land units. Look at the Arm Penguin (or whatever it's called - the amphib kbot) from AA. That's actually a hovercraft (or at least, that's how it worked in OTA).
