Freedom Force faces their most deadly foe...

Post by Zoombie »

The Dreaded armies...of the Third Reich!

THRILL at Freedom Force's daring escapades into the past, present and future!

CHILL at the dreadful force of the Nazi supervillans Fortissimo and Blitzkrieg

WONDER at the new heroes that flock to your cause, from the past and the present!

I bought this game a few days ago, for 10 measly dollars...and its the best 10 measly dollars I've spent sense I bought Fallout 1 and 2 in the same Box. If you haven't heard of Freedom Force...you are a communist. If you haven't played Freedom Force...you are a communist. If you don't LIKE Freedom Force, then you are also a communist. If you, heaven forfend, DON'T KNOW WHAT FREEDOM FORCE IS...then you are Communist!

Freedom Force is a game where you control a team of superheros, all endowed with the body and mind altering powers of Energy X, such as the patriotic Minuteman, the fiery El Diablo, the wise Mentor and much much more! Battle vile villains, such as the dreaded communist spy turned walking ice man, Nuclear Winter and his new witch minion, Red Oktober.

The game picks off when the time line is shifted into a bizarre alternate reality. An alternate reality where the Nazi's and Hitler got their hands on Energy X and created armies of REAL Nazi Supermen. So its up to Freedom Force to travel to the past and stop the dreaded Axis powers...before its tool late!

I Played FF.

FF1 was certainly enjoyable, it was like playing in a live comic book.

I stopped when I got FF2 though, it became extremely repeative.

Good game - just lacks replay value.

With names like Nuclear Winter...

I've seen the game compared to Commandos though I don't think it was neraly as extreme with its strategy and stealth, was it?

Commandos... is boring straight forward and more puzzle than strategy. With lots of reloads. :P

Yeah fun and long term addiction is what counts for me.

this game sucks ass. THE ORIGINAL WAS SO GOOD! this sequel took a dump on the grave of all the good gameplay mechanics of the orginal and boned the energu system and power costs.
freedom force original was great though.
