Water renderer fallback message

I would like Spring to give a message telling you it's not using the fancy-schmancy water when it starts up if that option is selected but is not used for whatever reason (when I've tried it, as with others, it silently fell back to reflective and it took a while to work out that fact).

As it is, it's a confusing mess. Surely whatever code makes it fall back to the simpler water style can give a message saying it's doing so. Unexpected (from the user's point of view) behaviour should usually tell you what it's doing.

This message shouldn't annoy people, since if they see it they can switch the settings back to the less amazing water styles.
