we have ~2500 people and the most on at a time was ~90.... Everybody, we should make a certain time, for everyone to get on (or try) and beat the previous record!

umm the weekends sometimes get up to a little over 300

the http://taspring.clan-sy.com/stats page shows that this past weekend it peaked around 230 (on Saturday). Not quite 300 (too bad you can't see the history farther back), but still a lot of players.

These forums use up very little bandwidth, and from what I know the server they are on can take quite a beating anyways. I'm going to go with the "this is a useless idea" crowd. It doesn't matter much if people are on the forum at different times because it's not like the posts go anywhere.

only about 1000 have at least a single post, and only about 200 have more than 50 posts...

if they dont have to log on to post, i doubt they will log on at all
