Resource usage calls from script

I've found where script calls like this are processed.

However, I haven't found where resource information - income, usage, stored - is located. Where would I find that?

Additionally, is that information accessible from CobInstance.cpp, and if not, what would have to be done to make it accessible?

I'm hoping this will be a simple patch; that's why I volunteered to do it, since I'm not capable of doing anything really complicated until I become more familiar with the Spring source.
