Skirmish.........

I know that the FAQ said thed be no AI, and no Skirmish.... But i was just wondering WHY! I always thought it was fun to just play a quick skirmish game... whittch draged on for three hours casue i had gotten this new hyper deadly AI and it turned to a battle that outlasted sever babylon 5 episodes in length. Oh about that, see, i have a lap top, and its right next to my Comppy. And insted of squander it on AIM like my brother befor me, of whom i inherited it, i use it to play DVDs. Prety cool eh. See a life time of playing Starcraft and TA has given me amazing multi tasking abilitys, so im not comfertable unless im doing three to four things at once. Like thinking, whatching a vidio and playing TA and my new favorit game of the Month, Vampires Bloodlines. Sure its buggy and choppy. Sure i ... uh borrowed":oops: it off of my brothers computer useing liberal amounts of cracking and copying. But its still a great game!

The reason there's not going to be skirmish is that there's not going to be an AI. Not because of want, but because of time limitations.

I see, oh well... i can wait though, if the Yankspankers can come out with AI add ons once the games out

Try posting in the TAI threads or triaxx2's 5 matrix AI. The more ideas the quicker the process

time limitations? there are none. its a freeware + in faq its says the release date is done when its done

err, If you havent noticed these people are programmign in SPARE TIME, they have jobs and studies and other realtime limits and they're already breaking their backs as it is. Well that is those who are behind.
