Which value defines the sound distance dependency?
I noticed, that some sounds are noticable from far away while some other sounds arent ( i dont mean the unit replys but weapon sounds). I also noticed, that the damage and the areaofeffect value does not effect this dependency.
So my question is: which value must i change, to make some sounds noticable from far away?

no sorry, that doesnt work. I have an explosion with 25k (areaofeffect 500) default damage and it is not hearable from far away while another weapon with default damage of 400 (areaofeffect 60) is.Argh wrote:Default damageJust like so many other things.
Perhaps all sounds from the explodeas tags are very quiet over distance.
