I would like to put forward the idea of a centralized art "team", comprised of two or more people who are extremely proficient in photoshop, and also willing to work with the TA Spring team.
Centralized art direction is a major component of every single game out there, and although it may seem trivial, the art and interface will defintely make or break a game when it comes down to it.
That's not to say that Spring couldn't be successful even without centralized art direction, I'm simply saying that the opportunity exists to make something truly amazing on the graphical level in all aspects.
I would also like to express my view that the current state of art direction in Spring will only lead to some horrendous calamity down the road.
