Alt + Tab zooming behaviour

who on earth had the brilliant idea to bind that overview function on alt tab?

spring now keeps switching the view mode everytime im switching tasks - i dont think thats a very sensible default key combo for this feature

Ah I was looking for the key to run that code
And doesn't switch views for me though, it's on tab not on alt tab.
Works really nice...

It looks like you've read the svn log, but haven't compiled Spring to actually test it out. It's like jcnossen said; only the TAB key does the zooming. SJ just wrote incorrectly in his comments when he committed it to svn that it was the alt key :).

But thanks for reporting something that might be an obvious blunder (this time it wasn't, but next time it just might).

And jcnossen: don't you know how to look in uikeys.txt and search for the bindings? Shame on you

Speaking of alt tab crap, whenever I alt tab it either exits out of spring after a second of few (YES, that bug STILL exists devs), or no matter how hard I try, I cannot get back in, I can alt tab back in and still here the sounds, but the screen never shows up, only thing I can do is exit out. Very irritating if I need to check whether a noob has left, crashed, or pathing.

ehm actually i did compile spring (rev 1446 to be more precisely) - antime i use alt + tab to switch tasks (im running windowed mode for aai development) both spring will zoom out and the task switching window will appear, it's pretty annoying

That bug is, next to the Spring-reboot-bug-which-happens-at-random-but-less-every-version-and-didn't-happend-to-me-at-all-this-version, is the worst indeed.
However, if you run in windowed mode, you can alt-tab with no problems.

Ok, now i see what your getting at. Perhaps the tab key isn't the best, you can change it in uikeys.txt

Well, since you are running in wondowed mode, you could use the 'minimise' button on the rop-right of the screen
