Unit explosion "weapons" - impulsefactor ignored

Weapons set as a unit's "explodeas" and "selfdestructas" ignore their impulsefactor. For instance, you can't make a Decoy Commander explosion look like a Commander explosion, because even with special ultra-low damage for all units, they'd all be thrown a huge distance and probably die anyway.

Yeah, and supposedly this was fixed in the last version, according to SVN. It's not.

On a somewhat related note, having an OnlyTargetCategory type tag for kamikaze weapons would be really, REALLY nice.
