Unit explosion "weapons" - impulsefactor ignored
Weapons set as a unit's "explodeas" and "selfdestructas" ignore their impulsefactor. For instance, you can't make a Decoy Commander explosion look like a Commander explosion, because even with special ultra-low damage for all units, they'd all be thrown a huge distance and probably die anyway.
