How is weapon colour determined
It makes sense that Color=[hue];.
But, for instance, when I enter a hue that according to photoshop should produce yellow, I don't get yellow, I get some other colour. I'm having a lot of trouble finding a definite green colour, etc. 1 is definitely red... besides that, things seem inconsistent.
How is laser colour determined?

if you have paint which you should you can find out what color your laser/lightning will be quite easily... first you need to know 2 things
color=x; is the hue
color2=x; is the saturation
Open up paint, double click on a color to edit it, and then go choose define custom color, notice as you move across the color pattern the hue changes the hue number will determine your color basically, you have leave lum at about 120, and sat at 240 to get the color roughly you will end up with.
1-9:red
10-23:orange
24-42:yellow
43-100:green
101-155:blue
156-190:purple
190-230:pink
230-240:red
This is for paint spring runs on a max of 225 scale so its a little more condensed but roughly similiar id suggest leaving saturation alone until you have the hue you want then messing with that..

Forboding does not know what hes talking about in this case because he does not mod spring he is a map maker of useful skill but not a spring modder, I am a spring modder I have worked on FF which has a ton of lasers.. guess who figured out how to color all those.. ME... and I have put together EE which also uses several lasers again done by ME.. the system I put up works 100% whether its convoluted or not It is correct so choose to ignore me and go with some other way but you will eventually realize that the values are what i have stated and it can be easily figured out using paint..
