You could be the guy who always says "Don't worry, it'll never get close!" and while everyone else is panicking and running away, you just sit in your lawn chair drinking beers. Then when the massive cloud of volcanic gas is speeding towards your house at over 100 KPH then you have just enough time to mutter "Oh hell" before you are vaporized!

Dosn't that sound like fun?

nah don't worry. it'll be just like that brilliant film with pierce brosnan in it!
the pyroclastic flow will only travel at the maximum safe speed of a jeep and you'll be able to hide in the boarded up entrance ot a mine at the last minute
and don't worry about the superheated 30mph dust and rock getting in - wooden panels pwn pyroclastic flows!

As you're talking about that movie ... you can drive through lava without problems it's just a bit slippery.
