just wondering if anyone has got the scons builds working on windows at the moment all i get is a crash after map select, also scon's cant detect my cpu so it just defaults to pentium pro

Building with scons+mingw should work. It's normal it defaults to pentium pro, it's quite impossible to detect CPU on windows (and it's very well possible the detection code will be ripped out sometime, so don't spent time porting it).

Are you sure you have put enough datafiles in the trunk/game folder? Or did you copy the exe over to your spring install?

well i tried in my install dir but that didnt work either
