aGorm? Actully release a map?? After all this time??

Its been lurking around for some time, but its finaly done. Or atleast I got feed up with it not being done, so i finsihed it.

So hopefully you'll all like it. :-) Its designed for 2 to 4 players, you can attack with just about anything you want as theres enough SEA and LAND to have to use both.

whoohoo! I can see my rocks and stuff in there too YAY!

I've got this tree I'm workin on aGorm pretty much set... though since its reclaimable its kinda... hard.. to use right now...

wanna help me test it to working? (then I'll texture it) or just say f'it for now until the non-reclaimable option is fixed? since you finished this map....

that or I can start on some other project and work on it... got anything for me?

Looks great aGorm.

But..

a lot of land is hard to build on, which might be a good thing, might be a bad thing, not sure yet.

Metal distribution looks a bit biased to the right side.

Wind is too cheap.. 8 - 25 i meand come on, it's not even a risk.

But then as you siad... land is hard to build on (like most of my maps in truth...) and so windfarming aint as easy as you'd think as theres not enough land to do it on.

Plus, realisticly, a mountainos island would have stacks of wind...

Looks awesome! And not being able to build everywhere is a good feature of this map, for it enables other tactics, you have to think about were you place stuff :)

Thanks LS... also, I forgot to put in taht LS and smoth did the features (though they are in teh credits of the map) so big thanks to them!!

beautiful map... but can i ask, what colours are the rock on the mountains and the sand?.. i cant find the right colour for my map...

Those rocks, as long as they are the ones I made, are

white/grey/black/teal/and lime green...

aGorm had to scale the bitmaps alot darker however though to make them look right... Until I see em, and I can adjust em myself.... I guess just guess how dark to scale them yourself for now...

I just did a quick botch job on tehm with the brigntness/contrast controle.

Also, they have to be fliped befor you use them on teh vertical axis (will look odd in upspring, but fine in game)

Unless LS has fliped them himslef since i DL

err that aside. *clears throat* zoombie will take over in a month or two when i get a job i guess. ermmm neway nice looking map. sounds like the gameplay is stodgy, just how i like it for those one shot wonder maps :> nice statue too :)
