Cancel start postion mode?

I can't seem to find this by searching the forums or the wiki.

I was trying to play a 4v4 game, so once we set our start postions the games starts. Problem was that every single time I try and left-click I would only succeed in setting my start location. Needless to say this happered my playing ability. I tryed esc (didn't work), I tryed asking people in game (no response)

So how do you exit the "set start postion mode" ?

Did you click the 'ready' button? Once you have left clicked on the map to choose a start position you then have to click the ready button. The ready button is located just a little to the right of the blue message box.
