Video capture programm (better than fraps)?

i want to make a video, but i only have fraps and fraps sucks. For one minute it produces a 1 gig file.
Is there any other good programm which can record sound and video with a good kompression?

Fraps doesn't compress because it eats up resoursed to compress in realtime. It assumes you can compress after the fact. Any video capture that compresses live will massicar your framerates if used in game. Don't assume something isn't a feature unless you know for a fact otherwize.
