

It's got some fancy lua stuff including fog and snow that I've tested and found to have a negligable impact on performance. I've converted precipitation to a widget for a couple of reasons, one being compatibility with ZK which as of yet does not support mapoptions, and to allow users to enable/disable snow regardless if they are they game host or not.
