.:MAP:. The Rockies_V2

Post by MR.D »

Aerial high def photo created map of the Colorado rocky mountains.

I have updated the map with fixed Height and Metal, and its now a sweet map for balence as well as looks.

Its best suited to a 3v3 East vs West, many styles and units will be able to be deployed in this map.

Its in .sd7 format and I've run about 4-5 hours of solid testing to make sure its fair for both sides and that there aren't any unaccesable spots on the map.

Kbots have acess to 100% of the map's hard spots and resource spots with ease.
Vehicles have acess to about 85-90% of the maps fighting areas including the mountain with ease.

Unzip the map into the spring\maps folder

yes, metal is now balenced per each side so that neither 1 half will have a distinct advantage in resources.

I also smoothed out the height map allowing for much easier travel over the entire map and into highground areas.

There is nowhere that a Kbot can't go, and only the highest peaks and forts are blocked to vehicles.
