Maps and Games only loading rarely

When i load up spring lobby I only see maps and games in the drop down menus very rarely, maybe 1 out of 10 launches?

I had them there, but now they are missing?

What is a good way to find them again?

I've tried Reload maps/games, but it didn't seem to help
