Messed up object positioning in S3O

Need help again.

Firstly, the radar dish has been shrunk on the Y axis and expanded on both the Z and X axis. Secondly, the collision sphere is completely out of alignment.

Everything appears as normal in Max, and all the object origins are in the proper location now. Ideas anyone?

There might be some issue with the exporter for non uniform scaled object, i will have to take a closer look at that.

On the same page as the affect pivot only button there are buttons to reset transform and scale, go through all the object that show up wrong and reset their transform and scale (this should have no visible effect inside 3ds) and see if that helps.

Did you use the file directly from the s3o exporter or did you pass it through the uspring editor too?

It was directly from Max. I'll try what you said.

Not sure if this happens on every computer, but my godlike scriptor Archangel of Death reports that opening the above model in Upspring causes it to crash. (1.1 crashes, 1.0 is fine)

Objects are now all the correct scale, but now every object is in the wrong position/rotation ingame. Everything still appears as normal in Max. Collision sphere is a little closer to where it should be, but still in the wrong spot.
