SVG support?

We have to tools to generate nice svgs now. So can support for this format be added? I am pretty sure DEVIL doesn't support svg?

Luaing support for a subset of SVG sounds doable.

exporting it and using map draw to draw what the svg directs it is not what I was talking about.
